What are the return conditions?

Extended return deadlines for Christmas

All orders placed between 11/12/2024 and 12/25/2024 can be returned to us within 60 days from the date of purchase.

 

For all orders, you have 28 days to make your return. 

 

Only unworn items, returned in their original box (undamaged box), with the return slip downloadable from your customer area will be accepted.

 

Returns are free in France from 65€ of purchases and in Europe from 80€ of purchases (eligible countries)

 

To make your return, we invite you to follow the instructions or make your return to the following address:

We will refund the full amount of the returned product(s) using the refund method selected when you requested your return: credit or refund using the original payment method. 


Without precision or if the returned item was paid for with a credit, a credit will be automatically credited (valid for 1 year from its issue date)


You will be notified by email as soon as your refund is issued. In the case of a credit note, the amount of the item will be available on the customer account used when ordering.

We do not do exchanges on our site.


For a new size or another model, we invite you to return your items and reorder on our e-shop.

How to make a return request (European order)?

Returns are free in France from 65€ of purchases and in Europe from 80€ of purchases  ( eligible countries )

 

You can make your return directly in your VEJA personal space by following the steps below:

 

1. Log in to your account on www.veja-store.com and go to " My orders "
2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return and click on "Create a return"
3. Fill in the required fields: items to return, quantity, refund method (credit or refund), reason for return, carrier (Mondial Relay * or Colissimo ** )
4. Validate the return request
5. Print and insert the completed return form available in PDF format from your personal space 
6. Print and stick the prepaid label on your shipping packaging ( eligibility conditions )

*Mondial Relay  is available in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal. Please drop off your return at a relay point. Click on this link to find the relay point closest to you*


* In case of return with Colissimo , have your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. Please drop off your return at a postal center

 

 

 
How to make a return request (international order)?

OUTSIDE FRANCE AND EUROPE


We remind you that return costs remain your responsibility and are free in France from 65€ of purchases and in Europe from 80€ of purchases ( eligible countries )


You can make your return directly in your VEJA personal space by following the steps below: 

 

1. Log in to your account on www.veja-store.com and go to “ My orders ”

2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return and click “Create a return”

3. Fill in the required fields: items to return, quantity, refund method (credit or refund), reason for return

4. Validate the return request

5. Print and insert the completed return form available in PDF format from your personal space. 

6. Remove the “Customs Declaration / CN23” document from the transparent white envelope stuck on the packaging of your parcel.

7. Delete the sentence “Sale of merchandise”

8. Check the “Return of goods” box

9. Put the document back in the transparent pocket

10. Your return must absolutely be sent by “Standard” delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must start with the letter “C”

 

 VEJA reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not follow the steps above.

I can't find my return voucher or prepaid return label, what should I do?

You can download and print the return voucher and prepaid label* via your customer account by consulting your return history. Available in PDF format, under the heading "Return voucher".


Insert the return slip inside your package and stick the prepaid label on your shipping packaging.


Drop off your package at the post office/relay point you selected when creating your return.

How do I get a refund/credit for my returned order?

To receive a refund or credit, the returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (box, accessories). Any product that has been worn, damaged, is not in its original box or whose packaging is damaged will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

From the receipt of your return in our warehouse, the average processing time is 5 working days (Monday to Friday).

Confirmation of your refund or issue of your credit will be notified to you by email.

A credit note is valid for 1 year from its issue date.
Credit notes created as a commercial gesture are not refundable.
