Inspired by Brazilian volleyball shoes from the 1970s, VEJA is launching a reissue of the Volley – its very first model created in 2005.

Insole: Amazonian rubber (11%), bio-sourced EVA (53%, including 42% sugarcane), EVA Recycled (11%), organic cotton (12%), and other (13%)

Outsole: Amazonian rubber (40%), mineral silica (23%), recycled rubber (10%), synthetic rubber (11%), and other (16%)

Side stripe: Synthetic rubber (40%), mineral silica (22%), and other (38%)

Lining: Recycled polyester (100%)

Laces: Organic cotton (100%)

Suede is the reverse side of leather, sanded to achieve a soft and supple appearance. It comes from farms located in Rio Grande do Sul and is tanned in Brazil without hazardous or prohibited chemicals. VEJA uses dyes that comply with regulations while adopting a responsible water use during the tanning process. This suede is then coated with PFC-free (chemical) water-repellent oils to protect the sneakers from light rain. Product sheet regarding environmental qualities and characteristics:
